Texas!

Ellie and I went to Texas around spring break time again this year. The weather was awesome and it was so good to see Jen and her family.

Ellie's favorite toy while we were there. You spin yourself around in a circle by pulling on the center. By the end of the week Ellie could spin it by herself. If anyone is lookin to get rid of one of these let me know!

The weather was perfect and we spent a lot of time at the park.

In the backyard Ellie would climb up the slide and then fall over the side. She did almost everyday - she really wanted to climb all the way up like her cousins.

Ellie and Emily are in the wagon and Becca would run as fast as she could pulling them around the backyard. If the back door was open Ellie would go sit in the wagon and whine until someone would come and pull her around.

This was one of those days where every 10 minutes I was having to put Ellie's hair back up out of her face. This is what we ended up with at the end of day. I think she looks like the little girl off of Emperor's New Groove.

My sis-in-law lives in a cul-de-sac and a couple of the afternoons all the kids came out to play. And Ellie joined right in. It was the first time she played with kids she didn't know and actually had fun.
