It sounds weird to say this, but the crib is one of Ellie's favorites places. Even if she is totally cranky and ready for a nap, she tends to play for at least 10 minutes when you leave her in there. Once she quiets down I go in and check on her. This is what I have been finding.
I check my knots almost every time I take her out so I don't have to worry about her getting stuck in the slats, but obviously I need help with my knots.
This particular position has become her favorite and she usually sleeps like this now.
